Granny Smith apples (or two small ones)

Raisins

chopped Walnuts

Cut up apple into small chunks. Mix ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix egg and milk. Roll out pastry and cut into squares about 2 x 2. Place small amount of mixture in the center of each piece of pastry. Pinch ends together. Use a pastry brush and dip into egg mixture and brush onto each pastry.

Use non-stick spray on baking sheet. I sometimes use a small amount of butter if I don't have spray. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. I always like to check it in 10 minutes and turn the pan around so it brown evenly.
