Bone In Pork Chops, 1" - 1¼" thick

Pineapple Juice, unsweetened

Chives, fresh picked and chopped

fresh Ginger peeled and minced

Soy Sauce (Shoyu Traditional Soy Sauce)

Asian Dark Sesame Oil

Light Brown Sugar

Mix pineapple juice, chives, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and pepper together in large, resealable bag. Add chops, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 10 hours. Rotate chops about 4 times.

Prepare a medium-hot fire in grill. Brush grill grate clean and lightly oil grate. Remove chops from marinade, shaking off excess marinade. Do not pat dry. Discard remaining marinade. Grill chops directly over heat, turning twice, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 155°F, 8 to 10 minutes per side, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
