Cucina di Paolo 1504 Vista Ave, Boise (208) 345-7150 Web Page	The restaurant has a very pleasing color scheme in the dining area. Very much of a bistro design. Cozy with tables and chairs well placed in the dining area.	Food presentation is excellent. The platters are presented full and well arranged. There is ample food on each plate.	The food quality is excellent and so is the taste. My goal is to find the best Reuben Sandwich in Boise. Maybe this is it.	The service staff is helpful with the menu items and have good suggestions. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant.	Now this is difficult because there is a wide variety of menu items. Sandwiches, soups, lasagna, salads, quiche and on and on. For $30.64 we had, Reuben Sandwich, a wonderful Salad with Balsamic Dressing, Mac and Cheese with the same salad, Chocolate Cake and Red Velvet Cake. These prices are fair for the quality of the dishes.	This is not a 10-Star, New York City restaurant. But it is clean, good food, friendly, open seating and well worth the 4-Stars for the quality of the food. Look for them on the Boise Foodie Guild Blog for some photos and more discussion.
