The ambiance is subdued and is geared more for the adult crowd. Soft colors and soft music. Food presentation is very pleasing. There is some design to the presentation. The presentation is not over done. The quality is superb. The tilapia tastes like a fresh water fish - Gout de Terrior. And the shrimp tasted like the Song of the Sea - Chansons del Mare. That is very difficult to do in Boise. Service was excellent. The Waite staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was in line with the quality. My appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp, was $9.90; the Diablo Shrimp Fettuccini was $14.90 while the Long Fin Talapia was $17.20. The desserts, Key Lime Pie and Creme Brulee were good, but not exceptional.    1/2
I am in a quandry here ... I'd love to go to a 4-Star rating, but just can't quite seem to do it. The reason: Everything that we ordered came with a fairly spicy sauce, and lots of sauce. Cut back on the spice and amount of sauce, and I will give it 4-Stars. But that's very subjective. We will return to Bonefish Grill. It was good!
