This is a very open atmosphere and seating. Decor is modern in the old Nampa Masonic Hall. It is great to watch the Chef prepare steaks and the like on the open grill. The dining area can be somewhat noisy, but it is at an acceptable level. Food presentation is exceptional! Great and colorful plates. Please see some Photos for a more pleasing view. Food quality is excellant and prepared fresh. It is exciting to watch the preparation of the plates and to ask questions. Our meals went extremely well with a 2006, Indian Creek (Idaho) Riesling, a 2007 Davis Creek (Idaho) Malbec and a 1975 Joseph Swan Vineyards (California) Zinfandel. Service is superb and the waite staff make you feel like you are wanted and they want you to leave happy. We did. A wide range of costs, and well worth the price for the quality. See their For Menus and Pricing. For two, expect to pay $100.00 - $120.00 including wine and dessert. Well worth the price.
If you are in Nampa, Boise or Meridian and you want a superb dinner, then you need to go here. Absolutely worth the 5-Star rating. This is one of those "Special Dinner Places". Birthday, anniversary or the like. We shall return!
11 Jan -
Returned for Brunch, 10:00am - 2:00pm. $10.25. Do call for reservations as they fill-up very quickly. Somewhat small, but an excellant selection. Great bacon - it's different. Good salads, desserts, roast beef, pork, salads, eggs, bistro potatoes, gravy, bisquits. Still definitely a 5-Star restaurant.
